My recent stay at Maddiola exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. The welcoming staff, particularly the two daughters who speak English, made us feel truly at home, ensuring our comfort and privacy throughout our visit. The stunning views from both houses added a touch of magic to our experience, especially as the fog lifted to reveal the breathtaking surroundings—it felt like driving into a fairytale. The modern apartment we stayed in was not only spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette and all necessary amenities but also impeccably clean and peaceful, offering a sense of serenity amidst the beautiful nature. The added luxury of a sauna, steam bath, and bubble bath in the main building, just a short distance away, provided a level of relaxation that was unparalleled.The convenient private parking and the great location, just a short drive from San Sebastian, made exploring the area effortless. The tranquility and greenery of the surroundings made it a perfect retreat for relaxation, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtfulness of having facilities suitable for pets. Despite a few rainy days during our stay, the beauty of the location shone through, although the humidity did make drying clothes a bit challenging. The presence of a shared kitchen with convenient amenities like a coffee machine and snack machine added a touch of homeliness to the experience, and the ocean views were simply spectacular. Maddiola provided a remarkable blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty that made our stay unforgettable, and I am already looking forward to returning next year for a longer visit.
